The Bible tells that there is only one name under heaven which people can be saved, and that is the name of Jesus Christ, the only Son of God. He is the one who sacrificed Himself on the cross for our salvation, and pay the penalty for our sins. He is the only answer for man's greatest need, the forgiveness of our sins. Jesus is our only answer, He is the one who can change your life, He is our only hope we have to overcome sin. His name is Jesus.
Giving our heart to Jesus is the most important decision we will ever make. There is only three simple steps to take so we can surrender our hearts to Jesus and receive forgiveness for our sins and receive the free gift of salvation.
ADMITT – First we must admit to Jesus that we are a sinner. The Bible tells us "for all have sinned and all fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).
CONFESS – Second we must confess our sins to Jesus and that He is Lord, and the Son of God. "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth you profess your faith and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10).
TRUST – Third we must trust in Him by faith to save us from our sins. Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). Then in Ephesians 2:8-9 the Bible tells us, "It is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast." We must trust what God says is true.
We must believe by faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and paid the penalty for our sins so we may be saved. According to the Bible that is exactly what happened when God presented Jesus on the cross in our place. Jesus willing took upon Himself my sin and your sin and when He died He removed the penalty of our sins, IF we trust in Him!
